As a VP of HR for a large Fortune 500 size company, Marty’s passion to drive results and achieve goals created a 5-fold increase in profitability in just 3 years. He has also started 2 companies. As founder of non-medical home care company, he built to profitability and sold.

As a VP of HR at Orica, Marty led teams to implement a range of solutions across the organization. Initiatives ranged from developing a High-Potentials Coaching Program across International departments, to developing senior leadership teams to achieve greater productivity and alignment with Orica’s overall strategy.

In the context of all of these companies he was responsible for overall leadership and management development as well as all things focused on the people.
